Partition Texas is founded and owned by attorney, Zach Stubblefield. Zach graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas in 2018 and received his Texas License that same year. Since that time Zach has helped dozens of individuals successfully partition real property throughout Texas.

Through the dozens of partitions that Zach has successfully resolved, he noticed that many of his clients were struggling with the mental and financial struggles of paying for attorney’s fees and attending court. Zach founded Partition Texas to help alleviates the headache and financial concerns of joint owners who simply want their share of the real property by offering his services as an alternative to paying an attorney $20,000 to $30,000 to sever their joint ownership interest with other individuals or family members.

However, Zach realizes that some individuals may still prefer the traditional path or recognize the simply hiring an attorney might be the best case scenario. If the traditional path is the best case scenario for the client, then Zach is prepared to assist any client from start to finish.
